1. This revisional application is directed against an ex parte ad interim order dated February 11, 2026 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), First Court, Contai in Title Suit No.62 of 2026 on an application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

2. Since an order passed on an application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 is appealable under Order 43 Rule 1(r) of the Code, this revisional application is not maintainable. C.O. 798 of 2026 is dismissed.

3. The petitioner shall be entitled to take back the certified copy of the order upon furnishing a photostat copy thereof duly countersigned by the learned advocate on record for the petitioner.

4. This order shall not prevent the petitioner from pursuing appropriate remedy, in accordance with law.

5. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible.
