Petitioner claims to be an Indian citizen by birth. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that although the father of the petitioner is a citizen of Bangladesh since the petitioner was born in India, the petitioner is an Indian Citizen. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents of the case diary and the charge-sheet. The issue as to whether the petitioner is foreign or not, it is yet to be settled.

Consequently, we are unable to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. C.R.M. (NDPS) 312 of 2022 is dismissed.
