The petitioner is aggrieved by the order of debarment issued by the Airports Authority of India debarring the petitioner from participating in the future tender process on the grounds that fake documents were relied upon in support of the bid placed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner asserts that the document relied upon by the petitioner is a proper genuine document and not a fake one.

The Airports Authority of India submits that the documents relied upon by the petitioner are fake. 4.

The Court sitting in writ jurisdiction is not the competent authority to decide as to whether a particular document is fake or not.

It will be open for the petitioner to approach the

competent forum for remedy. The Court is not inclined to exercise jurisdiction in the instant case.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. 7.

All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
