This is an application under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1972 praying for setting aside the judgment and order dated 11th January, 2017 passed by Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track, 8th Court, Sealdah, 24-Parganas (South ) in connection with criminal appeal No.

197 of 2015 thereby partly allowed the same by setting aside the impugned order dated 4th September, 2015 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, 10th Court, Alipore in connection with complaint case No. C-5334 of 2011 under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. However, none appears on behalf of the petitioner. On earlier occasions also neither represented for the petitioner nor pray for adjournment. This case is relating to year 2017.

Accordingly, the instant criminal revision being CRR 625 of 2017 is dismissed for default. Ad-interim order, if any, stands vacated.
