None appears on behalf of the petitioners.

The present revisional application has been filed by the petitioners challenging order dated 14.01.2016 in N.G.R. No. 92 of 2016 by Special Executive Magistrate, Barrackpore Police Commissionerate under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

It appears that by the order impugned dated 14.01.2016, the learned Special Executive Magistrate, Barrackpore Police Commissionerate on the basis of police report issued notice/summons against the petitioners and directed them to show cause as to why the proceeding under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure shall not be drawn up and made absolute and they were also asked to execute Bond of Rs. 1,000/- each for maintenance of peace and tranquility for a period of six months. There is no infirmity in the impugned order passed by the learned Special Executive Magistrate.

Accordingly, The present revisional application stands dismissed.

All connected applications stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
