Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. Petitioners' grievance in this writ petition is that its vehicle in question has been detained by the respondent authority concerned due to expiry of validity of e-way bill which according to the petitioner is that there is a very insignificant period of lesser than one day and such expiry occurred in the way before reaching the destination though it was valid at the time of starting point. However, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition at this stage and the petitioner shall approach the authority concerned again for redressal of its grievance in accordance with law and if such application is made, the respondent authority concerned shall consider the case of the petitioner and take a lenient view in considering the case of the

petitioner, within a week from the date of making such application.

With this observation and direction, this writ petition being WPA No.5078 of 2022 stands disposed of. (Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
