By this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the impugned adjudication order dated 6th September, 2023, passed under the relevant provisions of WBGST Act. Since the impugned adjudication order is an appellable order under the statute, I am not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner in this writ petition except granting relief to the petitioner to file appeal against the impugned adjudication order, within two weeks and if such appeal is filed by the petitioner subject to compliance to all other formalities, the appellate authority shall consider and dispose of the appeal to be filed in accordance with law without raising the point of limitation.

With this observation and direction, this writ petition being WPA 5576 of 2024 is disposed of. ( Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
