Considering the submissions of the parties this writ petition being W.P.A. 6090 of 2021 is disposed of by directing the respondents concerned to consider and dispose of the said representation dated 17th July, 2020 within four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It is recorded that this Court has not gone into the merits of the said representation and respondents concerned will consider the said representation strictly in accordance with law.
