The instant application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 401 read with section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, seeking quashing of proceedings being Case No. C-2284 of 2002 giving rise to T.R. Case no. 162/02 under sections 120B, 147, 447, 427, 379, 217, 219, 220, 34 IPC pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate at Alipore. It presumes that the petitioner has lost his interest to proceed with this case.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application being CRR 640 of 2017 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
