The instant criminal revision has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 seeking quashing of proceeding of Case No.

TR No. 99 of 2016 under Section 498A/406/506 of Indian Penal Code,1860 pending before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Hooghly (Sadar).

However, this case is pending since 2017. However, no one represent the petitioner today. Even on earlier occasions no one present on behalf of either of the parties.

Accordingly, CRR 641 of 2017 is dismissed for default. Interim order , if any stands vacated. Consequently, CRAN 2 of 2017 is also disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned court below for information.
