1. The learned advocate for the petitioners has tried to convince us that the petitioners would be entitled to interest.

2. The scope of a review application is not to embark on rehearing of the matter concluded by the order of the court earlier. No submission has been made that there is an error apparent on the face of the record, or discovery of any new and important material, which earlier was not within the petitioners' knowledge, or any other sufficient reason, so as to invoke the review jurisdiction.

3. We therefore find no scope for entertaining the submission advanced with an object of rehearing of the matter, in this review petition.
