By taking out this writ petition, the writ petitioner sought for a direction upon the respondents to allow him to participate in the interview scheduled to be held on 6th March, 2007 for filling up the subject post.

By efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
