Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he is being prevented from harvesting the crops, although the land is demarcated.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report.

The nature of the dispute regarding the ownership of the land and its crops are to be decided by the Civil Court.

No exceptional circumstances are made out for invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

The police authorities have already initiated a proceeding under Sections 126/135(3) of the BNSS on or about 11.03.2025, they would continue to keep a strict vigil and ensure that no breach of the peace and or tranquility takes place and/or any untoward incident

results because of the inimical relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 5525 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
