The petitioner complains of illegal and unauthorized construction at premises no. 177/1, Picnic Garden Road, Kolkata-700039.
On a perusal of the documents annexed to the writ petition, it appears that the petitioner is yet to file a formal complaint alleging unauthorized construction before the concerned authority.
In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of by granting leave to the petitioner to file comprehensive representation before the concerned authority highlighting the illegalities of unauthorized construction.
If such a representation is made, the same shall be considered by the appropriate authority in accordance with law at the earliest and be disposed of by passing a reasoned order.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
