In the present writ petition, the writ petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the respondents to cancel the select list prepared after the written test wherein the petitioner has been illegally deprived by the respondents. As there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed for default. WPA 4294 of 2011 is accordingly disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
