The grievance of the petitioner is that his land has been utilized by the State without proper acquisition and no notice for payment of compensation was received by the petitioners.

The State respondents submitted that as the land of the petritioner has been utilized by the State Authorities, the State intends to make direct purchase of the land in question in terms of Memorandum No.756LP/1(A)-03/14(Pt-II) dated 25th February, 2016. The petitioner is agreeable to such proposal of the State. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no. 7 to consider the proposal of direct purchase of the land of the petitioner in terms of Memorandum No. No.756-LP/1(A)-03/14(Pt-II dated 25th February, 2016 upon hearing the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order, in accordance with law. Accordingly, the WPA No. 4273 of 2020 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to be admitted. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance with the usual formalities.
