None appears for the petitioner even at the time of call. No accommodation has been sought for either. This is a writ petition of the year 2007 praying for direction upon the respondent authorities to allow him to sit in the interview for the post of Panchayat Sahayak, which was scheduled to be held on 11th March, 2007. Record reveals that by an order dated March 5, 2007, the petitioner was permitted to participate in the selection process. In view thereof, nothing survives to be decided in this writ petition due to passage of time. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
