1. Appeal is directed against an order dated December 24, 2010 passed by the learned Single Judge in WP 28311 (W) of 2006 is under challenge in the present appeal.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the writ petitioners submits that the writ petitioners do not wish to proceed with WP 28311 (W) of 2006. He seeks to withdraw such writ petition. He submits that he is making such submission on the basis of written instructions received from his clients.

3. Since the writ petitioners do not wish to proceed with WP 28311 (W) of 2006 any further, the impugned order dated December 24, 2010 is set aside. WP 28311 (W) of 2006 is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. MAT 228 of 2017 along with connected applications are disposed of without any order as to costs.
