Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that fresh instructions have not been received by the petitioner.

State submits that at the relevant point of time the warrant of arrest could not be executed but subsequently a prayer was advanced before the jurisdictional court for issuance of fresh warrant of arrest.

Since the police authorities are aware regarding the steps to be taken, I am of the view that the learned court would, if required in the execution case, involve a superior officer of police so that the execution relating to the warrant of arrest may be monitored by the concerned superior officer.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 5394 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
