Petitioner Mr. Abdul Aziz Mondal ...for the Petitioner Ms. Debolina Das ...for the State Re: CRAN 1 of 2025 Petitioner prays for relaxation of the condition of the bail order dated 26th March, 2025 mainly on the ground that he is facing inconveniences in attending police station and that he needs to visit his ailing mother periodically, who resides within Nadia district.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submitted a report dated 21st July, 2025, which discloses that the petitioner while on bail is staying within the jurisdiction of Beniapukur Police Station, Kolkata and he also gives attendance once in a week in compliance with the order. Having heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the State, the condition imposed vide order dated 26th March, 2025 is modified to the extent that the petitioner henceforth shall appear before the I.C./O.C. of S.T.F. Police Station once in a fortnight and he will restrict his place of residence within the territorial limit of Kolkata Municipal Corporation and the territorial limit of the district

of Nadia till further order. Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.

CRAN 1 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.
