Heard Mr. Chowdhury, learned advocate appearing for the applicants/petitioners and Mr. Agarwala, learned advocates for the State. Let the report, filed on behalf of the State, be kept on record.

It appears that the petitioners have complied with the conditions as incorporated in the order dated 25th February, 2019. Upon completion of investigation, charge sheet has also been submitted. The petitioners have also surrendered before the learned court below and obtained regular bail. In view thereof, the condition, as incorporated in the order dated 25th February, 2019 passed in CRM 2275 of 2019, to the effect that 'the petitioners shall meet the investigating officer in a week until further orders', is waived.

Other conditions shall remain unaltered.
