The petitioner seeks relaxation of the bail condition imposed upon him directing him to stay outside the territorial limits of the district of Malda except for the purpose of attending Court proceedings and meet the Officer in charge of the jurisdictional PS once a week until further orders.

This Court is informed that the petitioner has complied with the bail conditions imposed upon him. Trial is in progress.

In view of the above, the bail conditions imposed upon the petitioner directing him to stay outside the territorial limits of the district of Malda except for the purpose of attending Court proceedings and meet the Officer in charge of the jurisdictional PS once a week are waived. However, the other conditions of bail shall continue. CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
