The police case is dated December 17, 2020.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier dismissed as not pressed.

Considering the long absconsion of the petitioner in respect of a police case dated December 17, 2020, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 1001 of 2023 is dismissed.
