A direction to secure expeditious disposal of a Matrimonial Suit, instituted in the year 2021, is the only relief, sought for in this revisional application. Admittedly a suit for divorce on mutual consent has been filed upon resorting to Section 28 of the Special Marriage Act. The pending Matrimonial Suit is found posted for reconciliation.

Samiran Mandal representing the wife/opposite party is present. Learned Additional District Judge (Re-designated) Bankura in connection with Matrimonial Suit No.357 of 2021, is requested to ensure expeditious disposal of

a pending Matrimonial Suit doing adherence to the provisions of the law, but without granting any unnecessary adjournment, unless it is extremely unavoidable.

Since it is a suit for divorce on mutual consent, this Court reposes trust and confidence upon the learned court below that the learned court below may proceed to dispose of the application for divorce on mutual consent in a manner, as the situation of the case would demand, so as to dispense with a justice in a best possible manner, With this direction/observation the revisional application stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photostat copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible on compliance of all necessary formalities. (Subhasis Dasgupta, J.)
