This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bongaon to dispose of the Money Suit No. 03 of 2020 expeditiously.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed this Court is of the view that there is no necessity to direct issuance of notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate on record for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or upon the learned advocate representing the opposite parties before the learned Trial Judge. From the order-sheet appended to this civil revision application, this Court finds that December 20, 2024 was fixed for further evidence of P.W. 1. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that on 20th December, 2024 the opposite parties

herein had prayed for time and the next date has been fixed on 11th March, 2025.

In the light of the aforesaid submission made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, C.O. 834 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bongaon to take up the hearing of the Money Suit No. 3 of 2020 for further evidence of P.W. 1 and to make an endeavour to see that the Money Suit No. 3 of 2020 is disposed of as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. Accordingly, C.O. 834 of 2025 stands disposed of. (Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
