1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 10th December, 2024 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Khatra, Bankura cancelling the Scheduled Caste certificate issued in favour of the petitioners mentioning that the same was issued mistakenly during the Duare Sarkar period.

3. The impugned order is an appealable one.

4. There are various factual issues to be considered to adjudicate the correctness of the impugned order. The same cannot be done by the writ Court.

5. In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant case. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.

6. It will be open for the petitioners to approach the competent appellate forum for relief in accordance with law, if so advised.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all the requisite formalities.
