Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

Case diary contains written documents executed by the petitioner acknowledging his role in the fraud and promising to return the consideration money.

Apparently, the petitioner was involved in selling an immovable property wrongfully to the de facto complainant and realizing the sale proceeds with regard thereto. Materials in the case diary suggest requirement of custodial interrogation of the petitioner.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 749 of 2024 is dismissed.
