1. Service report filed by the State in Court today be kept with the records. In spite of service, nobody appears for the de facto complainant/victim.

2. The petitioner says that the vulnerable witnesses have been examined. He is in custody for 147 days. He has been falsely implicated. He prays for bail.

3. We have seen the deposition of the victim lady recorded before the learned Trial Court. She clearly implicated this petitioner.

4. In view of the aforesaid and in view of the seriousness of the charge and seeing that the trial is proceeding at a highly satisfactory pace, we are not inclined to entertain the petitioner's prayer for bail, at this stage. The prayer for bail is rejected.

5. The application being CRM (DB) 857 of 2025 is accordingly dismissed.
