Learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report enclosing all the documents which were considered necessary for the petitioner and for which the petitioner preferred this application after knocking the doors of the police authorities.

In view of the necessary documents being handed over in connection with Kasba PS UD Case No. 75 dated 23.07.2021, further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 5594 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report submitted along with the enclosures be kept with the record.
