In view of the order passed in CRR 412 of 2021 and the materials collected in connection with Hingalganj Police Station Case No.10 of 2019 dated 23.01.2019 prima facie reflecting that an offence has been made out for the trial proceedings to continue, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for in this revisional application. The prosecution be permitted to use the materials which have been collected and has been directed to be transmitted in the present case from Hingalganj Police Station Case No.101 of 2019.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 595 of 2021 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Learned trial court is directed to expedite the progress of the trial and at least fix one date in every two months till the matter

is taken to its logical conclusion.

Department is directed to communicate this order to the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Basirhat, DistrictNorth 24 Parganas preferably within a fortnight from date. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
