Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mrs. Baisali Basu, learned advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. Her appointment may be regularized by the concerned Authorities in due course. Having regard to the stage of the proceedings, I am of the view that the petitioner would be at liberty to canvass his points which have been advanced in the present revisional application at the stage of the consideration of charges before the jurisdictional court.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 819 of 2023 is disposed of. All Pending applications, if any, are disposed of accordingly.
