On mentioning by Mr. Satyajit Talukdar, learned Advocate appearing for the K.M.D.A., the order passed on December 16, 2021 is corrected, as the mistake is wholly a typographical and a clerical one in nature.

In the second last paragraph the number of the writ petition should read as "WPA 3696 of 2007" in place and stead of "WPA 3695 of 2007" (as wrongly mentioned). Such correction be treated as part of the order dated December 16, 2021 passed in WPA 3696 of 2007. (Aniruddha Roy, J.)
