They voluntarily got themselves engaged in the Sarba Siksha Mission for imparting education.
Presently the petitioners claim regularization. The petitioners have not been able to produce any law/scheme/circular/rules according to which a volunteer may be regularized in service. Learned advocate appearing for the State respondent submits, upon instruction, that there is no provision in law according to which service of the volunteers under the Sarba Siksha Mission can be regularized.
In view of the above, no relief can be granted in the instant case. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.
