At the time of call Mr. Mukherjee, learned advocate, represents the petitioners and submits that in spite of repeated opportunity has been provided by this Court by passing several orders he is not getting any instructions save and except one undated letter of two writ petitioners out of 17 writ petitioners which the learned advocate for the petitioners has received. The letter is placed before this Court which is taken on record. From the said letter it appears that the dispute between the petitioners and the respondent authorities stood redressed.

On perusal of records it appears that the writ petition was taken up for consideration on 3rd October, 2023, 10th October, 2023, 17th October, 2023, 28th November, 2023 and lastly on 6th December, 2023 when hearing of the matter was adjourned either on the prayer of the learned advocate representing the petitioners or to grant the learned advocate for the petitioners opportunity to serve notice upon the respondents.

In view of aforesaid situation, it appears that petitioners have lost interest.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. Interim order, if any stands vacated. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
