Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the revisional application has been preferred praying for transfer of the proceedings from the concerned court presided over by a specific judicial officer. Presently, the judicial officer is no more presiding over the said Bench, and accordingly, the grounds as made out in the revisional application are no more applicable to the officer presiding the said court at present, and as such, the petition has become infructuous.

Considering the materials on record and the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the revisional application is disposed of being infructuous. All connected applications stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned trial court for information and compliance.
