Petitioner no. 1 is the mother. Petitioner no. 2 is the daughter. Respondent no. 6 happens to be the husband of respondent no. 2. Respondent no. 7 is the son of the respondent no. 1.

Petitioners and respondents are at loggerheads over different issues, as a consequence of which five criminal cases have been registered. Petitioner is aggrieved because her representation with the Inspector-in-charge, Baruipur Police Station was not acted upon.

The incidents

complained of in the communication relate to 23.02.2015 and 24.02.2025.

Having considered that the disputes and differences exists inter se the family members, I direct the Inspector-in-charge, Baruipur Police Station to oversee that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility and/or any further untoward incident resulting at the interference of either of the parties. To that extent, a lady police personnel be deployed who would once in every two days visit and ensure as to whether any situation has been created which has been blown out of proportion.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 5312 of 2025 is disposed of.
