CSTC is represented and submits that pursuant to earlier order passed by this Court, the entire payment of Rs.16,14,607/- has been transferred in favour of the writ petitioner.

The grievance of the petitioner is directed against alleged violation of an order dated October 5, 2024. In view of the submission made on behalf of the concerned respondent CSTC that the entire amount of Rs.16,14,607/- has been paid to the petitioner post filing of this application, nothing survives in the application. CPAN 403 of 2025 in WPA 12429 of 2023 stands disposed of in view of the above submissions made on behalf of CSTC.

A letter dated 19th May, 2025 issued by CSTC authority be kept with the record.
