1. At the time of call learned advocate representing the State respondents has filed a communication dated 13th March, 2026 of Inspector-in-Charge, Rabindranagar Police Station and same is taken on record.

2. Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that considering the complaint lodged by the petitioner other sections under BNS were required to be fastened in connection with criminal prosecution initiated by the police authorities.

3. In the communication dated 13th March, 2026 since it is disclosed the criminal prosecution being NCR No. 179/2026 dated 12th March, 2026 is initiated Court is disposing of this writ petition.

4. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law, if petitioner is dissatisfied with the steps taken by the police authorities.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
