It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that one stay application has been pending before the Trial Court for hearing on 16.03.2023.

It is further submitted that necessary direction be given to the learned Trial Court for hearing of the stay application on 16.03.2023 positively.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the opposite parties, in his usual fairness, did not raise any objection.

Accordingly, learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Barrackpore is requested to hear the application of stay already filed by the petitioner and dispose of the same on 16.03.2023.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner is at liberty to communicate this order to the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Barrackpore.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
