1. None for the appellant even in the pass-over round.

2. None for the respondents as well.

3. Questioning the validity of order dated 11th February, 2022, passed by learned Single Judge, this intracourt appeal has been filed. The learned Single Judge directed that Officer-in-Charge shall immediately attend and address any complaint received by the petitioner in relation to alleged physical assault/obstruction. The said order was passed way back on 11th February, 2022. By efflux of time it appears that the appellant has lost interest in the matter and hence, decided not to appear in both the rounds.

4. The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed for want of prosecution.

5. With dismissal of the instant appeal, CAN/1/2022 is also dismissed.

6. No order as to costs.
