In Re: An Application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, filed for challenging the proceedings being M.P. Case No. 53 of 2015 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Alipore. The present revisional application has been preferred challenging the proceedings being M.P. Case No. 53 of 2015 then pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Alipore.

None appears for the petitioner or for the opposite parties.

On perusal of this revisional application, it reflects that the petitioner was aggrieved by the present proceedings under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. There are factual circumstances which have been narrated in this revisional application praying for interference by this Court. I have considered the same and is of the opinion that the contentions made in this revisional application are exclusively to be decided by the learned trial court being the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Alipore. As such, no interference is called for.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 613 of 2019 is dismissed.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
