The order dated 8th April, 2024 is mentioned for correction.

In the third line of the second paragraph of the first page of the order dated 8th April, 2024, the expression "and he died-in-harness on 15.02.2023." shall stand deleted and be replaced by the expression "retired on 28th February, 2021". In the fourth line of the second paragraph of the first page of the said order, the expression "the petitioner" shall stand deleted and be replaced by the expression "the petitioner's husband". In the fifth line of the second paragraph of the first page of the said order, the expression "the petitioner" shall stand deleted and be replaced by the expression "the petitioner's husband". In the second line of the third paragraph of the first page of the said order, the expression "the date of his retirement" shall stand deleted and be replaced by the expression "the date of her husband's retirement". In the second last line of fifth line of fifth paragraph of the first page of the said order, the expression "death of the petitioner's husband" shall be deleted and be

replaced by the expression "retirement of the petitioner's husband".

Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated 8th April, 2024.

The other portions of the order dated 8th April, 2024 shall remain unaltered.

Department is directed to take necessary steps for correction in the order-sheet.
