1. This intra court appeal by the writ petitioner is directed against an order dated 13.02.2023 dismissing the writ petition challenging an award of tender in favour of the private party. Even at that time the learned Single Bench noted that the private respondent has completed the work in January, 2023.

2. This appeal was lastly listed on 12.04.2023 and notice was directed to be served.

3. At this juncture, the entire issue has become academic since the work in question has already been completed.

4. Therefore, we are not inclined to interfere with the order passed in the writ petition.

5. However, the points which have been raised by the appellant are left open.
