The petitioner is aggrieved by investigation into the FIR being Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 412 of 2022 registered by the Ramnagar Police Station on orders of this Court passed in WPA No.

22681 of 2022.

This Court directs the Ramnagar Police Station, Purba Medinipur to complete the investigation into the subject FIR within a period of one month from date, mandatorily and positively, if not already completed.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
