Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the writ petition having been preferred before this court there has been change of circumstances and the petitioner is running his business at the shop room as also residing with his family members peacefully.

State has submitted a report. In view of the present change of circumstances, further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Accordingly, WPA 5589 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
