Present petition has been filed challenging the order dated October 19, 2012 passed by the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal whereby the original application filed by the petitioner was disposed of. The issue raised was pertaining to selection and appointment to the post of constable for which the advertisement was issued in the year 2009.

The impugned order was passed by the Tribunal on October 19, 2012 and the petition was filed before this Court more than nine years thereafter.

The same is dismissed on ground of delay and laches.
