1. Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, proclamation was set aside as against the petitioner by the jurisdictional Court. He submits that there is hardly any material implicating the petitioner in the offence of murder.

3. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary including the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

There is an eye-witness statement recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code implicating the petitioner in the offence of murder.

4. Considering the involvement of the petitioner in the incident and the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

6. CRM (A) 860 of 2025 is dismissed.
