The petitioner is a student of Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) at Deben Mahato Primary Teachers Training Institute, District-Purulia.

The petitioner has filed the instant writ petition alleging that the said institution is not registering him as a student of the said course though he has paid the course fee. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ petition, such registration has been done.

In view of such development, no further order need be passed in the instant writ petition.

WPA 5657 of 2024 is disposed of without any order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents.
