Datta, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of this revisional application, charge-sheet has already been submitted. As such, the contentions advanced being restricted to the FIR makes this revisional application infructuous. Learned advocate prays for liberty. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 940 of 2022 is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioners to file afresh challenging the charge-sheet, if so advised.
