This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff in a suit for eviction under Section 6 of the West Bengal Premises Tenancy Act, 1997 praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Additional Court, Sealdah to dispose of the Title Suit No. 298 of 2023 expeditiously.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed this Court is of the view that there is no necessity to direct issuance of notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate on record for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or upon the learned advocate representing the opposite parties before the learned Trial Judge. From the order-sheet appended to this civil revisional application, this Court finds that on 13th March, 2025 has been fixed for filing show-cause by the

petitioner herein, as to why the suit should not be dismissed for default. Depending upon the fate of the show-cause filed by the petitioner, the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Additional Court at Sealdah shall make an endeavour to see that the Title Suit No. 298 of 2023 is disposed of expeditiously.

Accordingly, C.O. 841 of 2025 stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
